General Terms

By accessing bridgefusion.digital or engaging Bridgefusion for professional services, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site or submit enquiries. Business customers warrant they have authority to bind their organization.

Bridgefusion provides trade marketing consulting related to loyalty mechanics, repeat purchase planning, and retail-facing specifications. Deliverables are described in individual statements of work. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer until a written agreement exists.

Clients supply timely data exports, retailer permissions, and accurate product facts. Delays caused by incomplete inputs may shift timelines and incur change fees where noted in the statement of work.

Pre-existing materials remain with each party. Deliverables paid in full transfer to the client as agreed in writing, excluding Bridgefusion methodologies, templates, and anonymized benchmarks reused across engagements.

Both parties protect non-public information using reasonable care. Aggregated, de-identified insights may be used to improve internal playbooks unless a broader restriction is signed.

To the fullest extent permitted under Korean law, Bridgefusion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from reliance on website content. For contracted services, liability caps follow the executed statement of work.

Either party may terminate a statement of work for material breach after written cure period. Website use may be withdrawn for misuse, including attempts to scrape confidential materials.

We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Material changes to ongoing engagements will be communicated directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Daegu shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
