Grounded in stores, legible in HQ

Bridgefusion began when a hypermarket buyer asked for “the version without adjectives.” We still write that way — mechanics first, credibility second, polish last.

We are not a full-service agency. We stay narrow: loyalty ladders, collect-and-redeem, retailer-linked rewards, and the KPI scaffolding that makes repeat visible.

Fourteen people split between loyalty management, retention strategy, rewards planning, and retail partnership leads — each spends time in stores every quarter, even if the engagement is “desk only” on paper.

Principles we argue with

Show the seams

Assumptions belong in writing, not hallway whispers.

Protect store labor

If a mechanic adds nightly minutes, we say so before buyers promise “light touch.”

Keep finance in the room

Definitions before sketches — fewer reversals later.
