Engagements
We design the mechanic pack and support your KAM conversations. Retailer execution stays with your field or agency partner unless a separate embedded scope is signed.
Most programs need six weeks before in-store changes. Seasonal peaks fill earlier; share your target window and we will be candid about capacity.
Data
Aggregated CSV exports are typical. We avoid receiving unnecessary personal fields and will list required columns before kickoff.
Yes, with narrower confidence. We label assumptions clearly and may recommend a measurement sprint before national rollout.
Deliverables
We supply briefs, copy matrices, and guardrails. Finished art and print procurement typically sit with your retained agency.
Most scopes include facilitated workshops, but purely diagnostic audits may be lighter on live sessions. Statements of work spell this out.
Commercial
Travel outside greater Daegu, third-party data purchases, legal opinions, and retailer listing negotiations are excluded unless explicitly added.
We generally work on fixed or milestone fees because repeat metrics depend on factors outside our control. We will not price engagements as a cut of sales.
Limitations
If stores know audit dates, behavior may not match ordinary weeks. We recommend blended announced and unannounced visits when retailers permit.
No. We improve the quality of submissions and reduce rework, but buyers retain final approval.
