Refund & Cancellation

Cross-links: Data Protection · Cookie Preferences · General Terms · Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope

This policy covers professional fees listed on bridgefusion.digital for consulting-style engagements governed by Korean consumer and commercial rules where applicable.

2. Eligibility

Consumers purchasing remotely may have statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. B2B contracts follow the executed statement of work, including any custom cancellation clauses.

3. Cooling-off and timeframe

Where mandatory withdrawal rights apply, clients may cancel within fourteen (14) days from contract conclusion unless services have begun with express prior consent. Custom project kickoffs may affect eligibility as permitted by law.

4. Partial performance

If work has commenced with consent, fees for completed milestones may remain due. Partial refunds, if any, reflect deliverables not yet rendered and direct third-party costs already incurred.

5. Non-refundable items

Third-party expenses (travel booked, rush print, paid data pulls) and completed workshops are generally non-refundable once consumed.

6. Process

Email hello@bridgefusion.digital with contract reference, reason, and banking details for refunds. We respond within seven business days with next steps.

7. Method, timing, and Korean consumer notes

Approved refunds return via original payment path where possible; otherwise bank transfer in KRW. Processing may take up to fourteen business days after approval. Korean consumers retain statutory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers, e-Commerce, etc., where applicable. This policy does not limit stronger protections.
