Wallet modules buyers will actually reference

Annotation habits that keep engineering and trade teams from talking past each other.

Buyers do not want Figma art; they want annotated flows that name owner systems — POS, CDP, retailer app shell. We color-code those boundaries so procurement questions surface early.

Each screen carries a short “failure story” caption: offline mode, duplicate scan, partial basket void. Those captions become acceptance tests without anyone writing Gherkin yet.

We keep language blunt. Euphemisms like “seamless journey” hide breakpoints; we prefer “handoff at receipt print.”

The pack closes with a sign-off grid listing legal, finance, and ops — empty cells mean we are not ready to brief engineering.
